The app is in Spanish and English. The visit language depends on the doctor — each profile lists the languages they speak, and you choose.

Yes. After the visit you'll receive by email a detailed medical receipt and the invoice, valid for reimbursement with your travel insurance provider (check your policy terms).

Yes. Our doctors are trained in general paediatrics — fever, ear infection, gastroenteritis, rashes. For severe paediatric emergencies, call 112.

If your case needs admission, imaging or surgery, the doctor will refer you to the right hospital (Can Misses, Policlínica Nuestra Señora del Rosario) and coordinate your transfer.
