Frequently asked questions

Does OnCall collect clinical data from my patients?
No. OnCall is a technology intermediary (LSSI-CE). The medical act, the clinical history and the treatment are the exclusive responsibility of the doctor performing the visit and of your clinic as employer. OnCall only processes the logistical data needed to connect the patient and the doctor (name, contact, address, time).
Can my doctors keep seeing their own patients?
Yes, completely. The OnCall partnership is non-exclusive. Your doctors continue serving your usual patient base; OnCall only adds incremental volume when a patient books through our platform.
When do we get paid?
After each consultation. Stripe Connect deposits the net (price minus 8% commission) into your clinic's bank account within 48 business hours. No minimum period or holdbacks beyond what the tax authority requires.
What happens if a doctor leaves the clinic?
You remove the association from your panel and they stop appearing under your brand. If they stay on OnCall as an independent doctor, their fee automatically switches to the individual-doctor scheme (10/15%).
Is it compatible with my current RC insurance?
Generally yes, as long as your RC covers home visits in the declared coverage zones. We'll request a copy of the policy schedule during verification. If your insurer requires an additional rider, we'll provide a template.
How many consultations can I receive per month?
Depends on zone and season. In Ibiza during high season a 4-doctor clinic can handle 80–120 consultations/month via OnCall. In non-tourist zones the range is 20–40/month/clinic.
