Each destination opens on its own once two public conditions are met: at least 3 verified doctors and, every day of the week, a minimum of 8h of coverage. The waitlist does not count toward opening.

The first slots in each destination lock their commission for good. It's not a countdown offer — slots are limited by number, and when they're gone, they're gone.
Freelance
Slots are limited by number, not by date. Reserve one and don't start operating within 6 months, and it returns to the cohort for another professional in the sector. Built with the sector, not over it.
What doctors ask before starting.
You set your own rate. OnCall keeps a 10% commission plus the Stripe fee; the rest is yours, with an itemised invoice. Specialties or night-time can be higher — use the income calculator above to see your net for any rate.
Stripe Connect transfers to your account the same day of the visit or the next business day, depending on your bank. There are no default retention periods.
If the patient cancels less than 2 h before the visit, you're paid 50 % of the fee. You manage your own schedule: cancelling a visit you already accepted carries no penalties. We only ask that you give as much notice as possible so the patient isn't left waiting.
You, as the licensed doctor, are the independent data controller for clinical treatment during the visit (Art. 9.2.h GDPR). OnCall Clinic is a technology intermediary — it doesn't handle health data or interfere with clinical decisions. Your professional liability insurance covers the medical act.
Stripe verifies your identity and the bank account that will receive payments. It needs IBAN + national ID + tax data (RETA or company). Standard KYC, usually 5–10 minutes. OnCall does not store or access that data.
You choose. You can enable availability for Scheduled only, Urgent only, or both. Change this from the dashboard at any time.
No. OnCall is a technology intermediary (LSSI-CE / e-Commerce Directive) — we do not collect symptoms, anamnesis or clinical history. You, as the licensed doctor, are responsible for clinical treatment during the in-person visit.
Yes. Toggle availability from the dashboard at any time. You can schedule blocks for days, weeks or longer periods. You don't receive requests while your availability is off.
A destination opens when supply can sustain it — not on a made-up date: it takes at least 3 verified doctors and 8h or more of coverage every day of the week. Until that's met you see each destination's real progress bar and can join the waitlist — the moment both criteria are met, the destination opens and we let you know.
